Description

Our GREEFIELD® micronised iron oxide pigments are further processed by ultra-fine mill with synthetic iron oxide to micron grade, which have the characteristics of particle size < 16um, grade 8 Hegmen ( Hegmans > 7um ), that means stronger tinting strength, higher glossary, better color consistency between each lot, more bright color; excellence dispersibility, reduce dispersing time, improve production efficiency, reduce dosage; full range red, yellow, black series types at client's choice and client's OEM inquiry.

 

GREEFIELD® micronised ultra-fine series of oxide pigments is a new type of ultra-fine micronised and easily dispersed iron oxide pigment carefully produced by our company by introducing advanced grinding equipment from Germany, adapting to customer needs, adding different additives according to different purposes, and introducing the Henchmann coefficient index. Our micronised ultra-fine oxide pigments including micronised iron oxide red, micronised iron oxide yellow, micronised iron oxide black, micronised chrome green, micronised Zinc-Ferrite oxide orange, transparent ferric oxide etc.

 

The Micronised ultrafine iron oxide series pigments not only have the superior performance of ordinary iron oxide pigments, but also effectively prevent the aggregation tendency of pigment particles after being processed and ground by additives, reduce the surface attraction between pigment particles in the application system, make the pigments easy to disperse, and greatly improve storage stability. The application performance of ultrafine iron oxide pigment products has been greatly improved, and after processing, the product has no impurities, with a fineness of D90 within 1μ below 1μm, the coloring intensity increases by 15% to 20%. We have added different specialized additives for different end uses, thereby reducing the surface attraction of pigments in the medium, making them easy to grind and disperse, and greatly improving the storage stability after painting. The production of this product has obtained multiple practical patents and one invention patent.

 

When in use, it only needs to be dispersed, and the Hengerman coefficient of iron oxide red and iron oxide yellow is about 7.0, with a fineness of about 15 microns; The Hengerman coefficient of iron oxide black is about 6.0, with a fineness of about 20 microns, which increases the coloring power by 15% ~ 20%. Customers can shorten the grinding time or cancel the grinding process as needed, and appropriately reduce the amount of pigment used. Its main technical indicators have met or exceeded the requirements of international ultra-fine products. For many years, ultrafine iron oxide pigment products have been exported to more than 20 countries, and the quality has reached the international advanced level.


Micronised Iron Oxide Yellow pigments are the ideal choice for high class building materials, coating, paints and paint coloring.
